Whether the project includes simple, stand-alone parking structures or complex, stacked mixed-use, Jess’ goal is to maximize parking benefits to his clients and their end users.

Utilizing expertise gained in parking design, structural engineering, functional design and cost drivers since joining Watry Design, Inc. in 1994, Jess partners with his clients to develop well-integrated parking solutions. He works with development teams to evaluate the benefits of parking trends such as shared parking, valet operations and adaptive reuse in accordance with the project’s long-term goals. 

An active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Jess has both written and spoken on the future of parking, adaptive reuse, mixed-use parking, and the changing complexity of parking.
