As Director of Design, Francisco draws stakeholders into the collaborative process by demonstrating what a new parking structure will look and feel like before a shovel ever enters the ground.
He has worked exclusively on parking design for 25 years with a focus on elevating the user experience and sustainable design. He has a proven track record of delivering projects on time and on budget that meet the expectations of his clients.
In addition to delivering projects to satisfied clients, Francisco’s projects, such as the San Jose State University South Campus Parking Structure & Sports Field Facility, have received recognition from the National Parking Association and other organizations. He is an active member of the American Institute of Architects and the International Parking & Mobility Institute and has written and spoken on topics such as how parking can create better destinations and creating an arrival experience.
