David’s extensive portfolio of over 400 parking projects includes a plethora of creative solutions such as automated and mechanical parking systems that have helped developers overcome significant parking challenges.
In addition, he is the Secretary and Chair of the Automated Committee for the National Parking Consultants Council and has contributed several chapters for the latest edition of ULI’s best seller, “Dimensions of Parking.” He was named the National Parking Association’s 2022 Innovator of the Year and works with the Detroit Smart Parking Lab, working with industry leaders to develop and test new technologies to define the future of mobility.
