To be completed in 6 phases, the parking structure is part of a large expansion and renovation of Asante Health System's Rogue Valley Medical Center in Medford, Oregon. Watry Design Architecture and Engineering served as the Architect and Structural Engineer-of-Record for the parking structure and parking consultant to Mahlum Architects. Asante Health System, who owns two hospital campuses in Oregon, is undertaking this project to upgrade original 1958 components to current hospital code and style.

The parking structure is designed to be constructed in two phases. Phase I is 632 stalls on 4 levels and Phase II will add approximately 600 stalls at a future date.
