Vance Brown and Watry Design have developed a very successful track record of delivering design-build parking structure projects. When Peery-Arrillaga turned to Vance Brown to deliver this corporate campus, the contractor turned to trusted partner Watry Design.
Located in North San Jose, this commercial complex features a 5-story office building supported by a 336 stall parking structure. To fit within the site constraints and complement the curved glass of the office building, the garage is also curved in shape. The parking structure features 12 electrical vehicle charging stations.
