The San Jose skyline is about to rise a little higher. The two residential towers developer SJSC Properties, LLC envision for a lot across the street from San Jose City Hall will rise 295 feet, making them the tallest buildings in San Jose. The ambitious project will include 300 luxury condos in the first tower and 324 rental units in the second. Both towers will  rise from a shared podium parking garage with 811 stalls. In addition, the project will include 6,000 square feet of flexible public space in addition to 21,000 square feet of amenity space and 15,000 square feet of retail at ground level.

The parking solution for this transformative project will involve 6 levels of parking, with three levels below grade. Because condo owners, renters and retail shoppers all require different levels of service to meet their parking needs,  Watry Design is designing a parking program that will separate the three user groups in order to enhance their experience.
