Boasting premier city and ocean views and luxury amenities, Century City Center will offer 699,000 feet of office at the intersection of Constellation Boulevard and Avenue of the Stars.
Watry Design, Inc. was brought in to design the 1,539 parking stalls that will support the 37 story project. The six-level podium parking structure will provide valet parking for residents.
Three entry and exit points will be incorporated around the site for increased efficiency and access to the parking. One of the access points will be adjacent to the retail and mobility hub, which will also serve retail and visitors.
In keeping with the project's pursuit of LEED Platinum certification, the parking structure features a green roof in the form of a landscaped park.
