After Blox Ventures purchased the 2100 El Camino mixed-use development, they wanted to improve the structured parking user experience. The existing garage utilized a one way flow and did not specifically designate parking for the bank, market or other retailers. It also lacked pedestrian wayfinding for elevators and stairs.

Following a kick off meeting and site visit, Watry Design developed a restriping plan to update the functional flow of the garage to two way traffic. The team also created a color code treatment on the garage columns to designate parking for the various users groups and a plan to add electric vehicle charging stations.
