As hospitals continue placing more and more emphasis on the patient journey, have you stopped to consider that this experience often starts with parking? Patients and visitors are often dealing with mobility impairment issues or are distracted while parking because they are concentrating on their own or a loved one’s healthcare issues. If parking is not a user friendly experience, this can set the tone for the rest of their visit.
