Enjoying more success than expected in its first year, this five-star hotel was already feeling the need for additional parking. With Half Moon Bay as the hotel’s spectacular backdrop, the management team’s challenge was to protect its priceless views while still providing impeccable service. Watry Design was hired by the Ritz-Carlton to complete a parking feasibility study. This project included evaluating 5 potential sites to determine a solution that not only met their parking needs, but more importantly did not detract from the site's irreplaceable views.
