Matt Davis, an Associate Principal with Watry Design, Inc., kicked off “The Changing World of Parking” session with a comprehensive overview on parking design. He took attendees on a tour of what’s involved from parking layout to shared parking to the cost of structured parking. This introduction served as a primer for the insightful debate on parking trends that followed.

Moderated by Josh Fronen, Matt and Mark Richie of Richie Commercial bantered about how ride sharing and technology are changing today’s parking, as well as divisive topics such as the effect the driverless car will have on parking.
